My passion for photography began after the birth of my first daughter. I wanted to capture each special moment of her life; from her first smile to her first footsteps. Then, as I was blessed with four more children, my desire to maintain those precious moments drove me to learn more about photography. I wanted to have photographs that were works of art to last forever.

I studied photography for 5 years. Having a master of photography teaching me lighting and darkroom techniques expanded my abilities to actually bring to final print the ideas and visions that swirled in my head. For the past ten years I have been entrusted by countless friends, family and clients to capture their precious moments at weddings, high school graduations, proms, engagements, or “just because,” family or individual portraits. I love shooting images that emit the subjects’ emotions. I illustrate the mood of the moment through my work, capturing its heart and soul of the moment and then creating a masterpiece to last forever.

I have always strived to produce the best quality available, invested in the finest medium format camera, a Hasselblad 503 CWD. This camera shoots the highest quality in both digital and film. I believe the quality of an image stems from the camera and its lenses, the lighting techniques, and the skill of the photographer. My education, experience and creativity ensure that my pictures exemplify elegance. My goal is to produce the highest quality art images that you will want to hang as masterpieces in your home.
